If I hit the site with IE 7 the alert page says the certificate is not issued by a trusted authority. If I proceed to the site and brin up the details for the cert, the public key is RSA 512 bits, thumbprint algorithm sha1.

I'm trying to find a machine here running IE 9 to see what happens. If I can't find one, I'll check at home tonight.
